Since 2024, I have been working for an international shipping group in Monaco. In charge of the internal company magazine, I have redesigned it, expanded it, and now it unifies both the onshore staff and the thousands of seafarers working the vessels. Interviewing employees and doing retirement specials brings a personal touch to the pages and lets others get to know the people in the company. Together with the Comms team, I worked with a design firm to revamp the company's websites, completely changing the public face of the company and interaction with the public. Through creating a 'News' page, we are able to post these interviews on the website and share the employee spotlights on LinkedIn, leading to a growth of nearly 11,000 followers in the first year. Bringing the human touch to Social Media channels and the company communication has shown remarkable engagement.
